The Mission of Crossview Student Ministries is to create young Disciples of Christ, and empower them to create Disciples. Development begins with the student’s relationship with the Lord, which is encouraged by relevant Biblical teaching, instructing students how to live for Christ.

Jonathan Goble is a graduate of Taylor University, and is the youth pastor at Crossview Church. He was born and raised in Southern Michigan (Go Blue!). He is passionate about Students and loves hanging out and having discussions.

Jonathan believes that living the Christian life and following Jesus can be an incredibly exciting adventure as long as we are willing to do what God asks, and to go wherever God leads.

Danielle Jones is an IPFW graduate with a degree in psychology. She is currently employed at Easter Seal Arc where she helps adults and children with disabilities achieve their personal goals. She leads the Jr. High girl’s small group and has gone on many of the retreats and mission trips with the students. One of her favorite parts of this opportunity has been building relationships with the students and seeing them grow in their relationship with Christ.

Bill & Kim Bargo have been serving in the youth ministry program at Crossview Church for six years. They have three children: Connor, Gavin, & Zachary. Bill & Kim desire to help guide youth towards a closer relationship with the Lord.

Jeff and Sara Smead will celebrate 19 years of marriage this year. Crossview has been Jeff’s home church his whole life and they have attended together for 17 years. Their oldest son, Bryant, resides in Grabill; Nick is a junior and daughter Madison is a 7th grader, both at Leo. Jeff and Sara enjoy leading the Work Project and Encouragement Ministry Teams. A highlight to Sara’s life is doing Discipleship, Mentoring, and Small Groups with these teen girls. “We love being with these kids and serving Christ in this way.”
